Montreal Casino & Hotel

The Montreal property is built around one of the more unusual buildings in Canadian hospitality: the former French pavilion from Expo 67, on Île Notre-Dame in the Saint Lawrence. The structure is angular, largely glazed, and faces the city skyline across the water.

As a hotel it covers the expected ground — rooms, restaurants across several price points, event space, and a theatre programming concerts through the year. The gaming floor is one feature among those, and a guest can spend a stay without setting foot on it.

The island setting is the real difference. Parc Jean-Drapeau wraps the property in cycling paths, gardens and open riverbank, and downtown Montréal is a short drive across the bridge.
